Chicken bowl with lettuce rice cheese tomatoes sour cream and chips. Symptoms kicked in about 4 hours after and lasted 24 hours. Severe vomiting diharrea abdominal pain fever. Felt like death. I will NEVER eat there again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
