I ordered three soft flour tacos with white rice, pinto beans, steak, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. My mother ordered two soft flour tacos with white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, pico, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Immediately after we both felt awful. My aunt came mentioned chipotle was on the news for many food poisoning incidents across the country. I googled it and this site popped up. Since eating our meals, we both have high fevers, severe nausea and bouts of vomiting and diarrhea. I used to love chipotle and now just the thought makes me sick to my stomach. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
