Chipotle Chicken Bowl Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Mechanicsville Virginia

I believe it was the chicken bowl from chipotle. I had black beans, cheese, sour cream, vinagerette sauce, corn, and the tomato salsa stuff.  So me and my fiancé both ordered. But his was different than mine. So just me. I ate it around 715 last night, and about 45 mins after I started feeling nausea, and cramping. I went and laid down, and woke up a few hours later. Still feeling sick and cramping but worse. Ended up vomiting, and severe diarrhea. Could leave the bathroom for like 3 hours. Finally went back to sleep at about 330 this morning, woke back up at 515. Still feeling very nausea. Headache, stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
