Had a chicken bowl with white rice, chicken, mild and hot salsa, sour cream, and cheese as well as a side of chips and guacamole around 1pm on 7/12. Around 2:30-3pm the same day I began having bad stomach cramps and diarrhea that also progressed into having chills. As of 7/14 @ 6:30pm I am still having the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills
