I ordered a steak burrito salad bowl with sour cream lettuce tomato salsa corn on 12/31/16 at 5:45 pm and the following day at 3pm in the afternoon I became violently ill unable to keep any food down and profuse diarrhea and headache.
There is no reason for me to think it's the flu I haven't been exposed to the flu and it came on so fast with no warning - | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
