Bowl with chicken, steak, cheese, guacamole, salasa, lettuce, fajitas, black beans, brown rice. On 4/20/16 @ 7:30 pm and symptoms began sometime in the middle of the night that night. Symptoms still persist as of 4/21 @ 10:00pm | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
