Pork Burrito Illness Ordeal - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cinnaminson New Jersey

I ate a pork carnita burrito with cheese, rice, lettuce, mild salsa, sour cream and chips on July 7, 2017 around 1 pm. My stomach felt heavy that day and the next morning I woke up with a severe headache, then I started sweating and my stomach started cramping. I felt nauseous but vomiting just brought up green bile and mucous. No food. I had diarrhea at first then I couldn't poop and when I did it was green. I had fevers every day, felt lightheaded, dizzy, muscle aches, I can't eat and can only drink powerades. Yesterday July 10, I could not work any longer and my boss let me leave early after he reported it with me to the manager who reported it to headquarters. Yesterday my electrolytes must have been low from vomiting because I felt dizzy, my heart was beating so fast that I could barely breathe and once I drank powerades I felt some of those worst symptoms slowly start fading. Today, July 11, I'm missing more work due to lingering symptoms. A headache, nausea, using the bathroom because I feel like I have to vomit and poop but nothing is coming out. The food feels undigested and heavy on my stomach and the longer it remains undigested and stays in my stomach the worse I feel. I feel weak, and sleepy all the time with this everlasting headache and muscle aches, fever and nausea with the urge to vomit and poop but I'm blocked from releasing this toxic food. I want to be free of this. I'm missing work now. I just feel out of it like I'm disoriented.
