I got a bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. About 15 minutes after I ate my bo I got very hot and nauseous. I went outside for fresh air but that did not help. I had my boyfriend drive me home and I am laying in bed feeling sick. I can feel the food in my stomach ready to come up. I vomited about 5 times and I believe it was from the chicken. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
