Got a bowl with carnitas, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and corn salsa on Monday around 2PM. Got a fever around 5PM. Diarrhea (completely watery) started at 5:30PM and hasn’t stopped yet - it is now Wednesday, 8:57AM. I threw up four times yesterday although there shouldn’t have been anything left in my digestive tract. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
