I went into Chipotle last night 3/31/16 around 9 pm . I ordered a bowl to go with brown rice ex veggies chicken mild salsa hot salsa corn guacamole lettuce and a bag of chips. I went home ate it by 10 pm . I woke up this morning with extreme nausa around 4 am. And by 6 am was throwing up and a bad case of diarrhea. I feel very weak. And I usually do not get stomachs bugs I can't remember the last.time I've been sick like this . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
