I had a chicken bowl with the medium and hot salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream. No beans. This was around 715pm that my wife picked up the order from the store. About 2.5 hours after eating my meal I had severe abdominal pain and cramps and diarrhea. I had diarrhea 5 times in a 7 hour period with severe nausea, joint and muscle aches, and a fever of 100.4 degrees. I also took 2 flu and covid tests that were both negative. I missed out on an opportunity to professionally present a research topic I'm interested in. So I was bedridden for a good 24 hours and then my symptoms slowly dissipated in the next few days. It was very painful and I should have went to my local emergency room. Your restaurant is the only place where I could have received food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Cramps
