Chipotle Chicken Bowl Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Port Orange Florida

Ate a chicken bowl with white rice, fajita veggies, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, chips/tortilla on side around 6pm - severe headache, nausea/violent vomiting beginning around 11:30pm, woke me up out of a dead sleep. 6pm the next day, still puking on the hour every hour, can’t keep anything down. Going to doctor if not better in morning. Second time in 6 months Chipotle. Not impressed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
