I ate burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, lettuce, cheese and pico. (My daughter's had white rice and beans and did not get sick.) I ate at 4:30 pm and woke up with nausea, began having explosive watery diarrhea at 7 am and by noon started vomiting. My husband is a physician and prescribed zofran for nausea that did not work, and then I tried phenergan. Which helped the most, but I still vomited and had diarrhea when it wore off. Continued to wake through the night with nausea. I alternated chills and hot but never had a fever. On day two and still having to use phenergan for nausea, and started Immodium AD to help stop the diarrhea which has only slowed it down and not stopped it. Was not able to keep anything down until day two and I've been able to keep some liquids down and a bit of chicken broth. Husband did not diagnose me with food poisoning but did consider it over a virus | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
