I went to chipolet yesterday on my lunch break, went back and took a nap for 20-30mins. I woke up feeling kind of cold then suddenly my stomachache, went to the restroom and threw up. After that, it gotten worse. I threw up many times and diarrhea too. I had to take off from work, went home took some medicine then go straight to bed, woke up 2 hours later with a high fever. Today i have to call off work again because it doesn’t get any better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
