I ate last night for dinner around 8. I could barely sleep before waking up with abdominal pain and having to go to the bathroom every 15-20 minutes. The pain was so awful and made worse by laying down. It is now the next day and the symptoms are persisting with chills and gagging. I had a half chicken/ steak bowl with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, white rice and black beans. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
