I ordered a chicken burrito with white rice black beans tomato salads green salsa cheese sour cream and lettuce a couple hours after eating i puked the whole thing and would not stop throwing up until 4 days later. I probably threw up 10 times that night and had to go to the ER and be put on Iv took me days to recover. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
