Ate Chipotle around 7pm. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea started around 1am. I had a chicken salad with rice, sour cream, pic and cheese. I had a couple corn chips with mild/green salsa. I was the only one in my family to eat the green salsa and the only one to become ill. I am missing college classes today because of it. I can't even hold water down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
