Had theie order on 2/18/23, burrito order with white rice, pinto beans, corn, salsa, cheese, guac, sour cream. The next day 2/19 I woke up with stomach pain and lower back pain, turned into vomiting and then diarrhea into Sunday afternoon, evening and early Monday morning. Am now feeling better but have a headache and neck pain from vomiting the day before and losing fluids. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
