Got a simple bowl with rice, chicken and cheese. Only ate a third of it, later that night I woke up at 12:30 AM vomited. When I woke up I had severe nausea, loss of appetite and hot/cold sweats. I Then vomited again at 10 AM. Feeling much better, but still no appetite, and stomach is a bit sore.

I had a burrito with chicken brown rice, black beans, hot red salsa and guac. started feeling terrible stomach pains next morning later that day vomited 20+ times and couldn’t even hold down a sip of water. such excruciating pain and suffering. i’ve never been that sick in my entire life.

I got a burrito from chipotle in Davis square, Somerville and immediately after eating had diarrhea and fainted.
