Order was to go had my typical order, white rice, steak, fajita veggies, lettuce, cheese, corn salsa, and sour cream. I woke up the next morning with extra symptoms I didn’t leave the toilet for hours, went back to sleep until 10am tried to get a shower and had to rush out to throw up and continue to for the next hour or so, all symptoms stopped the next morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other
