Yesterday I ate a burrito bowl. Half and half rice, black beans, fajita peppers and onion, tofu, queso, corn, guac, salsa, cheese and lettuce. I woke up this morning with a terrible headache and a grumbling stomach at 430am. I have used the bathroom over 10 times (watery diarrhea) it is 530pm now. The headache and grumbling has not stopped and it is getting worst. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
