After having a carnitas bowl with brown rice, black beans, pico, cheese and lettuce, I had diarrhea within hours. I vomited twice the next day, had a fever and watery diarrhea all day. I also had waves of nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
