December 27th 2022. My Friend and I both got chicken as our protein. He did not have the beans or lettuce but I did. I got very sick and had a terrible stomach ache which lead to vomiting all night. Must’ve been the lettuce :(

May 5, 2022, Within a couple hours of eating she was vomiting and has had a fever and has been vomiting since The restaurant was overwhelmed with mobile orders, they shut down the walk in orders so they could catch up and had 20 angry people waiting for their food.

After having a carnitas bowl with brown rice, black beans, pico, cheese and lettuce, I had diarrhea within hours. I vomited twice the next day, had a fever and watery diarrhea all day. I also had waves of nausea.

My sister and I just ate at Chipotle and within an hour of eating it my sister started vomiting. I didn’t start having diarrhea until 1.5-2 hours after eating it. However, my stomach started making noises and was churning excessively 45 minutes after finishing my food.
