Chipotle Bowl Illness Report - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Hamilton Ohio

My wife and I both came in prior to closing and got bowls to go. We ate a portion of our bowls for dinner.
The next day we both felt queasy and didn't feel up to eating lunch, but ate the leftovers for dinner...

Around 7 a.m today (5/23)., my husband's gastrointestinal issue started. He broke his bowl into 2 parts- I broke mine into 3. My symptoms started around 12:30p.m. and I had vomiting as well.

We spoke to two managers at the location : one gentlemen and another. The guy we spoke with apologized profusely oh, and said that he was going to fill out an incident report but he put my husband's number in correctly . I corrected the number and let them know my symptoms worsened, but have heard nothing as of today. I know it takes approximately 24 hours for call back, but we are thinking it was the vegetables, the meat or rice.

We had steak, chicken, white rice, mild and medium salsa, sour cream on the side, cheese and my husband had fajita veggies while I had blackbeans. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
