I ordered a bowl with with rice, chicken, mild sauce, sour cream, black beans, cheese, corn, guac, and lettuce. It was around 9pm on 5/25/19. At first a felt gassy... then between 11pmAnd midnight, I just felt very nauseated, had stomach ache, and felt like I had to both vomit and had a bowel movement. I was up throwing up and having a bowel movement until around 2am this morning. My hands felt cold and I just did not feel good. After throwing up about the same amount as my chipotle bowl... I felt a little better and forced myself to sleep with a hot compress on my abdomen. It was such a horrible experience. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
