I ordered a carnitas burrito with white rice black beans fajitas salsa verde corn sour cream and cheese. I ate it around 9 pm last didnt notice anything amiss about the taste. Woke up at 3 am crazy nauseous vomited 5 times in the span of an hour and a half. Its almost 7 and I now have body chills and fever too. Too early to tell if I will also experience diarrhea. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Diarrhea
