At about 5:45 I dug into a bowl of brown rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, red salsa, and lettuce. I added a little Tabasco Chipotle hot sauce. As I walked out to my car, my stomach painfully let me know it was rebelling. It is 13 hours later, after a sleepless night tossing and turning and running to the bathroom, and I still feel ill and no food sounds good. It is going to be a looooong day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
