I got a salad bowl with brown rice, chicken, salsa, corn and cheese with a side of Vinaigrette dressing. About 45 minutes later I needed to go to the restroom, then diarrhea and an unsettling feeling that cause me to violently vomit. My body rejected everything I ate that day. I was a little nauseas after and had to take the rest of the day off from work. This went away in the evening. Looking at CDC website on food poisoning it looks like I had a Staph food poisoning, quick onset but does not last long. Due to undercook meat, or unwashed hands that handled undercooked meat. Not fun, this was my go to...not anymore | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
