Ate a salad with carnitas, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole at approximately 1 pm April 19. Diarrhea and vomiting started about 12 hours later and then nausea, and fever set in. I had had nothing else to eat between when I ate here and became ill so it is definitely Chipotle. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
