Severe Reaction After Bowl - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Flower Mound Texas

I had a bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, lettuce,cheese,sour cream, and there mild sauce. 5 hours after I ate I woke up at 4 in the morning and threw up all of it. After that I was stuck in the restroom with the worst stomach pain and diarrhea. Then from 5-10 I threw up a total of 7 times i threw up 6 times at home and once when I got the the hospital. When I got the the hospital I had a fever of 105, and I was also extremely dehydrated. They gave me fluids and and also medication for the throwing up and stomach pain. They also told me I had mono but that didn’t make sense because I felt good all week till last night. Still if it wasn’t for the medication I would probably still be throwing up because my body was rejecting everything I gave it . I would also like to say that I loved them and I would eat it all the time without hesitation,but after today I will never be eating there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Stomach Pain, Dehydration
