My son and I ate lunch at Chipoltles at about1:00 Tues March 7. I ordered tacos with chicken,beans,brown rice,fresh salsa, lettuce, sour cream,cheese. My son had a quesodilla with pork. Iate dinner with my family later at home . Ism the only one who got sick.Around 10:30pm I very quickly started to feel badly and an hour later was violently vomiting and having diahreea. I haven't had a stomach flu that caused committing in years.I was only sick for about 5 hours and it passed. Fine the next morning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
