On August 10, 2016, I decided to eat chipotle after someone told me the whole E Coli scarce was over and I was starving. I order a burito bowl that had the following: chicken, brown rice, black beans, mild sauce(whatever it's called), lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. This is what I would normally order 2 years ago when I swore I wouldn't eat it again but I gave in. Then on August 14, I realized that a small portion of extremely watery stool came out. I didn't think much of it until I saw that it was entirely green. As the day went on, I started getting chills and felt very dizzy as I would walk. Coming home I didn't want to do anything but lie down and sleep and did so around 5PM and woke up at 10PM. At this point I feel as though I've come down with a terrible fever and ended up slowly walking to the bathroom in agony only to completely defecate my chipotle meal in the form of water. I could tell that it was my chipotle meal because I could clearly see bits of lettuce and tomato floating in the toilet water and the day I got chipotle was the only time I had eaten either of those foods. Now My intestines feel like they're being turned inside out. I should've stuck to my word and avoided chipotle at all costs. Now I will for sure, 100%, NEVER eat Chipotle ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Dizziness, Chills
