I had a chicken bowl at 2pm on a Thursday. When I ate the chicken, I noticed that it wasn’t warm but figured it had been cooked all of the way through. Also had black beans, rice, corn, lettuce, and sour cream. By 5am I was violently vomiting with diarrhea for 12 hours. I went to a retreat with 60 other women after I ate the chicken and no one else became ill so I felt with the sudden onset along with the cold chicken, it was probably bad food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
