Ate at Clintonville restaurant on 7/10/2017 had severe (very) stomach cramping, diarrhea then vomiting in the early morning hours of 7/12/17. I had a burrito with black beans, tofu, brown rice, corn salsa, pico, green salsa and sour cream and lettuce. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
