I ordered at around 1300 on 02/20/2022. I had the steak and carnitas, and my girlfriend had the carnitas. At around 1800 I began feeling nausea and getting abdominal cramps, my girlfriend felt fine. I had to work that night and continuously kept vomiting in my mouth and could barely walk upright because of my stomach pain. I got home around 0700 after work and tried to sleep it off but the nausea had gotten worse and I’m still vomiting in my mouth. I had to call off of work.Full order steak and carnitas, double meat, white rice, pinto beans, pico, sour cream, cheese, guac, and lettuce | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
