I was eating this with my girlfriend and I got a half chicken half steak bowl with rice, mild, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and guacamole. She didn’t have chicken or lettuce. I felt very sick after 30mins of eating the bowl and my girlfriend didn’t get sick. So I’m guessing, the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through or the lettuce went bad. It’s been 4 hours and I’m still feeling sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
