It all started Saturday April 16th, I was heading back home and decided to go to Altoona before I head back home and get chipotle. Normally i eat at the one in state college but decided Altoona was going to be closer and less busy due to the events taking place in state college this last weekend. I got my normal bowl with rice, black beans, chicken, pico, corn, sour cream cheese and lettuce. Nothing different. Felt fine coming home went to bed. I woke up Sunday morning about 7 am feeling like I was going to be sick to my stomach. Came back and laid down and with in 10 mins I was back in the bathroom throwing up. I threw up Sunday about 12 times throughout the day. Went to the emergency room and immediately was seen. I was dehydrated and was still throwing up. My stomach felt like someone was stabbing it from the inside. After spending 6 hours in the ER, the doctor said I had food poisoning and was more likely ecoli. I never thought twice that I'd get sick from my favorite restaurant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
