I got a bowl with white rice steak mild salsa guacamole cheese corn and a side of chips and salsa on the side. At first I thought it was food poisoning but I got so sick I was throwing up cramping and so severely dehydrated I had to go to the emergency room. I was told I have a viral infection and now my friend who went with me is experiencing the same things. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
