I got a sofritas burrito with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, pico de gallo, hot salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. I started cramping up about an hour after finishing it around 3pm and have had 4 urgen bowel movements with lots of cramping and some nausea since then and it is now 10 pm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
