Had a bowl with steak, white rice, pico, cheese, corn, lettuce, sour cream, and vinegar. Less than an hour later I began to vomit nonstop, had diarrhea, and cramps that lasted about 12 hours that only stopped after taking anti-nausea medication that the urgent care doctor prescribed. 3 Days later I still have little to no appetite.
