My mom and I are around 9pm last night. I ate a bowl with chicken, white rice, cilantro, cheese, sour cream, corn salsa, and hot salsa. My mom ate a bowl with white rice, veggies, sour cream, cheese, guac, cilantro, and hot salsa. I've been up all night because I'm so nauseous I can't sleep. Around 8 am the next morning I start throwing up and going to the restroom like 5 times. My mom has been having the same exact symptoms that I have. I eat chipotle quite a bit and never get like this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
