On July 28, I went to Chipotle at 9:15 pm. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, fajitas, sofritas, tomatoes, corn and lettuce. I also had a side of chips with tomato salsa. My symptoms started July 29th about noon. I had diarrhea, painful stomach cramps, nausea and a headache. My symptoms got worse over the next couple of hours and I had to leave work. My pain continued through the night. The next day I was achy and feverish. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Cramps
