Got a burrito bowl yesterday around noon. White rice, carnitas, corn, sour cream, cheese, lettuce. Stomach started feeling nauseous about an hour later. Then the diarrhea started shortly after. Had chills, stomach pain and diarrhea all night and diarrhea persisting today. Coworker ate there and got a steam burrito but didn’t get sick. Never had an issue with chipotle food before and I eat there a lot. Didn’t eat breakfast yesterday so this was the first food in my system all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills
