I ate a salad bowl with chicken, white rice, peppers, pinto beans, pico, spicy salsa, corn, and lettuce, with a side of guacamole and chips. I ate last night around 8pm. I felt nauseous all last night and hardly slept. This morning I had severe stomach pains and diarrhea. After about 30 minutes of this I felt a little better, then about 30 minutes later I started vomiting and have continued to feel ill all morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
