Chicken Bowl Illness Reported - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Las Vegas Nevada

On Nov 18th, in the restaurant I ate half of a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce and their salsas. It didn't taste great, I threw away the other half. With several hours I couldn't leave my hotel room for the remainder of my trip (2 days). I would have gone to a doctor but I had no way to get there so I suffered silently for over 50hours in excruciating pain and dehydration.
