Ate a chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken, corn , sour cream, tomato, lettuce and gauc. Saturday 7/15 around noon. Starting feeling sick Saturday night and violently ill Sunday afternoon. Vomit , bad stomach pains, dizzy, next day the runs , weakness , almost passed out a few times.
