After eating chipotle on Saturday around 12:20pm (bowl, chicken, white rice, black beans, pico salsa, corn, sour cream, chesse and lettuce) I began having multiple extreme diarrhea Sunday night at 10pm and even shitted my self. I began feeling nausea and tried to sleep but woke up at 1 am and began vomiting in my bed and on the floor.. after taking shower and cleaning mess I went back to bed and work up at 3:30 am with more diarrhea and nausea and had chills and was sweating. I went back to bed and woke up at 4:30 and began vomiting more I finally went to bed and when I woke up I went to doctors they said I was thier 13th patient to come in from food poisoning from chipotle sterling. Who knows how many there are from other doctors or how many never went to doctors. I had a fever also and terrible terrible headache plus dehydrated. The doctor told me to rest and have nausea Medicene. Apprantly also the turnover rate for this is high bc a whole office has chipotle catering and they all got sick. The docoters asked my to send stool samples to health department in which I did sent two of one to test for norrovirus other for bacteria like E. coli. This has been very frustrating bad experience for me . I used to love chipotle and now I will never ever spend my money there or eat there. This seems to be a continuation problem for them and there are more news and twitter stories coming out as I write this. Also apprantly people got sick from eating there Friday and Saturday and they were still open Sunday. So expect more stories and reports. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Chills, Sweating
