My daughter ordered a salad that was made with the spring mix lettuce. She said it tasted a bit off, but just thought it was the bitterness of the spring mix. The salad had chicken, pinto beans, fajita veggies, medium salsa, corn salsa, sour cream and cheese. Approximately 5 hours later she had severe stomach cramps and vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
