Burrito bowl with steak, sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo, corn and tortilla. Ate between 12-1 pm, was throwing up by 5:30 pm. Spent next 12-15 hours non-stop throwing up and diarrhea. Went to urgent care, was given anti nausea medication, was told very dehydrated. Could not even keep water down. Urgent care did not test me for bacteria. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
