Chicken Bowl Causes Nausea - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I had a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, veggies, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and mild salsa. I ate about a quarter of the bowl. This was Wednesday June 19th at around 12:00pm. I started to get a bad headache and nausea shortly after then around 6pm when I got home from work I had a terrible headache and vomiting. Around 10pm I just had nausea for the rest of the night on and off and finally was able to eat something again around 2pm the next day.
